Can we come to your offices to place an order or pick it up?
No, we're an online printer. We opted for this option to reduce fixed costs such as high rent, electricity and other charges. This choice allows us to offer you more competitive prices for your printing projects. You can order online or write to us at info@texprim.ca. We'll print your order and deliver it to the address of your choice.
What are the processing and delivery times for my orders?
Our processing times are as follows:
Standard order: In general, 3 to 7 working days for production and delivery. This will vary according to production occupancy, the type of products to be printed and quantity.
Express order: Delivery within 24 to 48 hours, depending on availability and order complexity. Express orders, when possible, will incur additional charges. Please contact us at info@texprim.ca if you are in this situation.
What green printing options do you offer?

We accept various file formats for printing, including :

How can I prepare my files for printing?
To prepare your files for printing :
File format: Export your files in PDF format with crop marks and safety margins.
Resolution: Make sure your images have a resolution of 300 dpi for optimum quality.
Cutting margins: Add cutting margins of 3 to 5 mm to avoid white edges.

Do you offer a computer graphics service?
Yes, we offer 2 types of computer graphics services:
1 - You can use our free visual creation studio by clicking on the ''Create my visual'' button once you have chosen the product and specifications. Our design studio has pre-assembled templates available for you to customize. You can also start from scratch and create your own design. Once your design is complete, click on "Add to cart" and proceed to checkout. Thanks to our visual design studio, you create and we print!

How do I create a design or modify an existing template in the online design studio?

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept several secure payment methods, including :
Credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
PayPal: For a secure online payment option.
Bank transfer: For large orders on request, or for orders for special projects.
There's a problem with my order and I'd like a refund or reprint; is this possible?
We will refund or reprint your order if the error is our fault. We do, however, require to see the order before issuing a refund or reprint.
If we reprint your order, it will be to the same specifications as the original request.
